How the session works
We meet remotely for 90 minutes and walk through a few recent real orders, from intake through processing and fulfillment.
Preparation is minimal: have a few recent orders in mind and complete the short intake form. “I don’t know” is a useful answer when a stage of the process is not currently visible.
Booking
- Pay to reserve your Order Flow Diagnostic.
- After checkout, choose an available time on Google Calendar.
- Your booking confirmation email will include the short intake form.
- Complete the intake form at least 24 hours before the session.
- Meet on Google Meet for 90 minutes.
- Receive your written findings within 48 hours after the session.
Booking terms
Payment confirms your session. You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. After the session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. If I need to cancel, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.
Sessions are recorded only with your consent. If you prefer not to be recorded, we proceed without recording.
Full terms are shown and must be accepted before payment is completed.
